Pre-order Cancellation Policy:

At Kabata, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. If you have pre-ordered Kabata Dumbbells and wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to a full refund, provided that you request this cancellation within 30 days of placing your pre-order. To initiate the cancellation and process your refund, please reach out to our Support Team within this 30-day period.

Note that this policy is applicable only if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the pre-order date and before the shipment of the Kabata Dumbbells has commenced. Beyond this 30-day window or once the shipment process has started, we may not provide you a refund, and only the standard Post-Delivery Return Policy will apply. However, if you reach out to support@kabatafitness.com, we will consider in good faith any special circumstances that may exist.

Post-Delivery Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Kabata purchase, we offer a return policy for your convenience. You are eligible to return the Kabata Dumbbells for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days of delivery. This policy is applicable provided that the return is not due to ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, in accordance with the terms of our limited warranties.

Upon receiving your refund request within the 30-day period post-delivery, our Support Team will guide you through the return process. For Kabata Dumbbells, you will be provided with return label(s) to facilitate the return. The refund will be credited back to the original card used for payment. Please be aware that the refund process may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned Kabata Dumbbells.

Please note, Kabata is not liable for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process and cannot be held responsible for failures or delays in delivery or return due to weather, incorrect address provided, or circumstances outside Kabata’s control.

In the event that the Kabata Dumbbells are returned in a damaged condition, with missing parts, or show signs of abuse, Kabata reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Kabata’s sole discretion.
